Self-Esteem Educator Group Facilitator Greater Boston MA
Self Esteem Boston Educational Institute seeks an experienced Group Facilitator to grow with our team for 1-3 on-site women’s direct service transitional recovery programs in the greater Boston (3-7 hours weekly) and co-leader for occasional virtual staff development programs. We seek a reliable, passionate, organized, and confident group leader who understands the unique role of a facilitator and who enjoys transformation and seeing women change their lives. Must have some degree of schedule flexibility. Must have car and be comfortable working with diverse populations and must know zoom and be comfortable with remote. We seek group leaders who would like to grow with the organization. Applicants must have 5 years of experience facilitating psycho-educational programs. Masters degree required. NASW, LMHC, LADAC a plus. Experience teaching, coaching, or nutrition education a plus. We seek a group leader who has experience with women in life transition a plus. Other skills we value: Knowledge about self-esteem, organized, teamwork, reliability, ability to follow a curriculum, good record-keeping, creative skills. Our trainers work from our Skills For Success curriculum. Successful candidates will be required to attend and pass a 32 hour Skills For Success Facilitator Qualification training program this June.

Experienced Staff Development Trainer -Greater Boston Region – Contract
Self Esteem Boston seeks an experienced Staff Training Educator to deliver train the trainer programs to nonprofit human services agency staff throughout New England. The ideal candidate with have at least 3–5 years of experience in the field of learning and development. The candidate must feel comfortable presenting to groups and managing group dynamics. Anticipated Time Commitment: 40-100 training hours annually. We value schedule flexibility, reliability and a sense of humor. We seek trainers to deliver zoom training sessions, and group facilitation; Provide learning experiences that translate into positive action on the job.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of learning and development
- 3-5 years of experience in presentation or coaching and group facilitation
- Knowledge and experience in adult learning theory and practice
- Experience in self-esteem education
- Experience in the field of human services, a plus
- Excellent presentation, group management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Multi-cultural literacy
